About Fazanten.
MORE THAN A MYTH.
The Myth: When the Greek hero Jason went searching for the famous Golden Fleece with his Argonauts, he sought and found it in Colchis. From that journey, he also brought back a fowl-like (Phasianus) bird. The core of the myth is, that this voyage of discovery had the purpose of making new contacts and expanding trade with each other.

01. BUSINESS ISSUES.
Developing growth plans, controlling costs, taking structure and organisation to the next stage, thinking along. Because you want to shift your horizons and you need help finding the right direction. Or you have already mapped out the course but could use a second opinion and sparring with a technical business expert, which provides just that little extra certainty.
02. PROJECTMANAGEMENT.
Directing and executing technical and/or commercial projects.
Programmamanagement with regard to sustainable programme- and project management of sports complexes (AFC Ajax nv), real estate facilities (new construction/transformations) to redevelopment high-end resorts(e.g. CenterParcs nv) and renovations/transformations.
Projectmanagement during a transformation/development, I support between you and the executing parties so that our drafted programme and starting point becomes the intended end goal. The objective is to maintain and continue to oversee the direction & advice together during the execution of the project. Together we set out the milestones monitor, evaluate and make decisions. I take responsibility as a highly analytically developed project manager. I not only keep the overview and results up to date but can also adjust the course so that the best return remains the end goal. Which will ultimately be the most valuable, for all stakeholders.
Execution passion for real estate can only be truly expressed when you actually roll up your sleeves yourself. In other words, where necessary, or even if that is just the assignment, I cooperate fully with the conversion/renovation. Technical installations (electricity, data networks, security, central heating systems) and structural modifications, I can not only advise on these but also take the tools in hand where necessary.
03. MARKETING.
Whether it’s rebranding a company, product or service, improving sales, bridging the gap between technology and commerce, it’s the icing on the cake. Sharing is multiplying and for more than 15 years I have been working together with communication and marketing specialists who have more than once successfully served me additionally, and vice versa. That is why my scope does not lose sight of commercial interests besides a technical one.
Passion.
WITHOUT INSPIRATION NO DESTINATION.
In a nutshell: An analytically highly developed and result-oriented inspirational manager who can think ‘out of the box’. Who seeks dialogue, but does not have to be proved right. A (steering) manager and committed ‘people manager’ who also likes to roll up his sleeves.
THE CENTRAL THREAD.
Active as an entrepreneur since 2006, although my career can be called entrepreneurial or innovative anyway. This also suits technical business experts because technology does not stand still and challenges you to innovate. Innovation, when properly implemented, brings change. When mobile telephony was still a hotly debated topic, I was allowed to participate in the roll-out of a gigantic network in Europe, a new era was born. In 2008, I developed (with collaborating partners) the first administration package that was only accessible via the cloud (in 2008 ‘cloud’ what?). My far-reaching interest in ‘internet of things’ (also getting more and more meaning), from blockchain, to the (energy) transitions we are yet to experience is endless.
In the ‘present’, I certainly cling to familiar values too, but innovation brings change. I do think we can pay more attention to social changes that we sometimes want to implement too quickly, which can cause certain population groups to miss the connection. Continuing to seek dialogue, with sharp edges should be possible, but making the solution manageable and maintaining that, then we will all move forward.
